Rep. Anthony Weiner Announces Cancellation of LNG Public Hearing

Just minutes ago, the United States Coast Guard canceled the meeting about a proposed liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal off the Rockaway peninsula. Due to Governor Christie’s veto of the proposal, Liberty Natural Gas’s project has been indefinitely shelved.
